What Google Workspace means
Google Workspace is the paid set of Google apps for a business: Gmail on your domain, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. One seat is one person. Storage is pooled across the company, not a private disk for each login.
It is not a website host, and it is not Google Voice. Voice is a separate calling product. If you only need mailboxes, spam filtering, and webmail, use business email hosting instead of a Workspace seat.

WebJi® bills one year up front, in INR, before 18% GST. Business Starter is ₹3,240 per user, Business Standard is ₹12,960, and Business Plus is ₹24,000.
Divide each year by 12 and the figures are ₹270, ₹1,080, and ₹2,000 per user. That is the same bill spread over twelve months, not a cheaper monthly plan, and not a discount against another seller.

Which tier to buy
Choose the tier by storage and by what Google includes, then pay the yearly price in the table.
- Business Starter is ₹3,240 a year for 30 GB pooled storage per user. Google includes Gemini in Gmail on this edition. Meeting recording is not part of Starter.
- Business Standard is ₹12,960 a year for 2 TB pooled storage per user. Google includes Gemini in Docs and Meet as well as Gmail, and meeting recording.
- Business Plus is ₹24,000 a year for 5 TB pooled storage per user. Choose it when the team will outgrow Standard storage.
Who should buy a seat
Buy a seat for each person who will send mail as the company or share files in Drive. A CA, a clinic, or a shop that still writes from a personal Gmail account is the usual case. A team that already lives in Word and Outlook should compare Microsoft 365 before paying for Workspace.
Do not buy it to host a website, to send a newsletter blast, or to get Google Voice. Those are different products.
Buying through a provider in India
A Google Workspace provider, partner, or reseller in India sells the same Google apps and handles the local bill. WebJi® is that seller for this order. We are not Google, and we do not claim to be the cheapest reseller.
You get an INR invoice with 18% GST. Add your GSTIN in the client area before payment if it must be printed on the invoice. Support stays on email.

How to place the order
You need a domain you can edit. If you do not have one, register a domain first. The Workspace address cannot be a free Gmail login.
- Open Order Now on the tier you want. The billing page shows the INR total, with 18% GST added to the yearly price, before you pay.
- Email support@webji.services with the domain and the number of users, and say whether WebJi® already holds the DNS.
- Publish the verification and MX records from that email, or ask support to publish them when the domain is at WebJi®. Leave the old mail host online until a test message arrives.
Moving old mail is free only after WebJi® approves it, and it is subject to terms. It is not an automatic part of the order. Keep the old host online until a test message arrives in the new mailbox. Email support@webji.services with the mailbox count before you cancel anything.

Do I need my own domain for Google Workspace?
Yes. The mailbox is an address on a domain you control, such as you@yourbrand.in. A free @gmail.com address is not a Workspace seat. You can use a domain you already own.
How do I migrate email to Google Workspace?
Migration is free only when WebJi® approves it, and it is subject to terms. It is not included on every order. Email support@webji.services with the current host and the mailbox count, and keep the old host online until you have checked the copy. Do not cancel the old plan first.
