AWS managed services in India is day-to-day work on an Amazon account you already own. WebJi® watches EC2, checks RDS and S3 backups, tunes CloudWatch alarms, cleans IAM, and flags cost waste. You keep the root user and the console. We send the fee in INR, plus 18% GST, and start only after you accept it.
Billing for our work is a separate INR invoice with 18% GST. Amazon still bills the account you own. Email support@webji.services is staffed 24/7 in Hindi and English, and the average first reply is under 60 minutes.
What AWS managed services means on an Indian account
People use this phrase for two different things. AWS Managed Services, often shortened to AMS, is Amazon's own operations product. An Indian managed service is a team that works inside an account you already pay Amazon for. WebJi® is that second team. We are not Amazon, and we do not publish a ranking of other firms.
Amazon's invoice still goes to the account owner. Products such as RDS and S3 already take on a large share of the platform work. An EC2 instance does not patch its own guest operating system, watch its own alarms, or delete unused keys. That leftover work is the engagement.
What WebJi® does inside your AWS account
The scope is a written list, not a slogan. On a typical account it names the jobs below. If your account does not use one of them, that line is left out of the quote.
- EC2 health checks and security patches in a window you approve
- RDS maintenance windows and backup checks
- S3 lifecycle rules and a review of who can read each bucket
- CloudWatch alarms, dashboards, and how long logs are kept
- IAM cleanup that removes users and keys nobody still needs
You keep the root user and the AWS console. We do not take the root password, and we do not resell AWS credits. Changes to application code are a separate quote. They are not folded into this fee.
Who should hire this, and who should not
Hire WebJi® if the workload is already on AWS and you want the night watch done by email, not by a new full-time engineer. The desk is support@webji.services, 24/7, in Hindi and English, with an average first reply under 60 minutes. About 99% of clients are served online across India and overseas.
Skip it if you want Amazon's AMS contract, a list of other providers, or a server that is not on AWS. The only registered office is Shop #27, Ajmer Road, Tagore Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021. There is no walk-in branch in any other city. The phone +91-141-4941811 is the office number, not a support line.
Other WebJi® work, including hosting that is not on Amazon, is on the service list.
How the fee is quoted, and what Amazon still bills
There is no public monthly rate for this work. The fee depends on how many accounts, regions and instances we watch. Email that list to support@webji.services. We reply with one INR figure, and you pay only after you accept it. 18% GST is added on our invoice.
| Party | What they charge or decide |
|---|---|
| WebJi® | Operations fee, quoted in INR before payment, then 18% GST on our invoice |
| Amazon | Usage on your account, including EC2, RDS, S3 and data transfer |
| You | The root user, the AWS payment method, and approval before any change that can stop traffic |
Do not treat a WebJi cloud-server price as this fee. Those plans rent a machine we operate. This engagement operates an account Amazon already bills. The two amounts are different units, so neither is a discount on the other.
How the first month actually starts
The month starts only after a written yes. These checks show that it has started.
- Send the account list — Email support@webji.services with the AWS account IDs, the regions, and whether you need monitoring only or also patching and backups.
- Accept the quote — Read the written scope and the INR figure. Nothing is billed before you accept that quote.
- Grant access without root — Create an IAM user or role for the desk. Keep the root credentials. We will not ask for them.
- Check the console — Confirm the agreed CloudWatch alarms and the first backup check are visible. That is the sign the month has started.
If the job is a move onto AWS, rather than care of an account you already run, free migration is subject to terms and approval. It is not instant. The sequence for a site move is on the migration service.
When WebJi cloud hosting is the better fit
Stay on AWS when the data, the IAM setup or a contract already lives there. Choose WebJi cloud hosting when you want a server we own, with no Amazon account in the middle. That platform is not EC2. Prices on that page are for those machines, not for this operations fee.
WebJi® has been in business since 2005 and has 12,000+ clients. The same email desk can run a non-AWS server when that is the better fit.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is AWS Managed Services, and is that what WebJi sells?
AWS Managed Services (AMS) is Amazon's own operations product. WebJi® is not Amazon and does not sell AMS. We run the EC2, RDS, S3 and CloudWatch work inside an account you own, from India, by email.
Which AWS services still need an operator?
Amazon runs the hardware for the services you turn on. RDS and S3 also take on much of the database and storage chores. EC2 still needs a person to patch the guest system, watch alarms and remove unused access. That second job is this engagement.
What does the WebJi fee include?
The written scope lists EC2 health checks, approved patch windows, RDS backup checks, S3 access and lifecycle reviews, CloudWatch alarms, and IAM cleanup. Application code and the Amazon usage invoice are outside that fee. Work beyond the scope is quoted before we start it.
How much do AWS managed services cost in India?
WebJi® has no public monthly rate for this work. Email support@webji.services with the regions and services you use. We send an INR figure before 18% GST, and you pay only after you accept it. Amazon's usage bill stays on your own account.
Do I keep the AWS root user?
Yes. You keep the root user and the console. We work with an IAM user or role you create, and we do not ask for the root password. You can remove that access if the engagement ends.
Can the AWS bill fall without downtime?
Sometimes. Idle resources can be turned off, and CloudWatch history can show an instance that is larger than the workload. We do not promise a percentage, and we do not stop a live service to chase a saving. A change that could interrupt traffic is agreed in writing first.
Do I need a DevOps engineer on staff?
No. You need someone who can approve the scope and read the monthly note. You do not need to write IAM policies or sit on CloudWatch overnight. If you already have an engineer, they can keep the product work while we take the watch.
Is AWS support on the phone?
No. Support is 24/7 email at support@webji.services, in Hindi and English, with an average first reply under 60 minutes. +91-141-4941811 is the Jaipur office number, not a support queue.
